My baby, Rocket, is now 3-1/2 years old. I have had yorkies before, all my life. But this healthy Biewer is in a class by himself — warm and loving, great w kids and other dogs, and a real cuddle bug in bed. He was easily trained and is so smart. Around 7 years ago, I started a conversation with Karen that resulted in my 1st biewer terrier Lola joining our family. It was such a great experience and we loved her so much we had to get another several months later and that is when our 2nd biewer Cash joined our family. I can’t say enough good about my RMBT dogs. We adopted Chip almost 4 years ago. It was such a great experience with RMBT, and our pup was so amazing, we decided we needed a second. We could not be happier. As lifelong pet owners, the difference was clear. These dogs are so well taken care of before they get to you, and she provides so much information up front, you can tell that these dogs are well taken care of, socialized, and LOVED before they get to their forever homes. Both of my babies were easy to train, and Karen has been more than helpful with any questions. She continues to care about each of these dogs after they are no longer in her care, and that says a lot. It is not a one-time transaction. I would have more RMBT puppies if my husband would let me!
I can not speak highly enough about Karen and Jared Hansen and Rocky Mountain Biewer Terriers. We currently have two of their Biewers, Miss Abigale and Sir Parker. They are two of the healthiest, well socialized and funniest fur babies we have ever had. We have dealt with many breeders of various breeds and have never encountered a better, more knowledgeable breeder than Karen. I would never even consider another Biewer breeder.

I did extensive research prior to choosing RMBT. I did not find anyone I felt was a credible Biewer breeder in AZ.Neeko is a happy and healthy Biewer.I drove to Delores from Phoenix to pick up my baby and I would do it again in a heartbeat if I could afford another Biewer! I did a ton of research and when I found RMBT I ran through checking credentials. I reached out and asked a lot of questions- I find Karen and Jared the real deal! Any other breeder that talked shit about them is gas lighting you into buying from them. Karen is no push over – if someone does not treat her littles well she will speak up as she takes a ton of pride in her many many babies. She is an animal lover and if you check her breed line (please do your homework as this is not a choice made without that) you will find her line very solid. My little girl is extremely loving, never barks (I got very lucky as all dogs bark) but she is very smart very funny and loves all dogs and people. As I mention above do your homework and please socialize your dog and train it. You will never regret doing both early on.

We’ve had Simon (Sir Simon) for 3 years now. Seriously, we just picked up our 6th RMBT from Karen and Jared. Four of them live at our house, another with my brother and his family, and the 6th with my son and his family. These pups are nothing but Fabulous. So well-adjusted and healthy. Plus, Karen is there even as our oldest now becomes 7!! She has always responded with support and love every step of the way!!
I started looking at the Biewer breed after our 16-yo puppy went to heaven a year and a half ago. I was skeptical at first not knowing who to trust and hearing about scammers. After all my research I settled on Rocky Mountain Biewer Terriers through Karen and Jared. They did the most complete testing and I think that is important. I went through all of the information on the website, watched the videos of the puppies in the various stages of growth in the home and joined the FB group. I knew then I was safe to put the deposit down since we wanted a girl. I’ve heard of people asking for half or all of the cost of the dog up front then scamming people out of their money. The whole process with Karen and Jared was easy. We had a road trip planned so included picking up our new fluffball at the end of April 2022. We drove right to their house in Delores Colorado and picked up our Maisie girl (Formerly Lady Amelia from the “A” litter born 1-30-22). Straight from their arms to ours. I honestly would not trust anyone else and the community that we have through the Facebook group is unreal! 🩷🩷🩷

I bought two of them 3 years ago and they are wonderful, you will love them. RMBT is the best and definitely conditions them and they were ready to join my home.. They potty trained very well and used the potty pads with no problems.In fact to this day I view the new dog videos and both of them are tentative to Karen’s voice.My dogs were healthy Biewers when I got them. They just have sensitive tummies so feed them simply.They are the best ever !!! Smart as smart and beautiful, as can be.

I don’t have a Biewer Terrier, yet.I have three Yorkies and plan to eventually purchase one.I am a rescue person and we usually don’t like breeders because we see too many greeders, backyard breeders, and puppy mills. Many rescue people go as far to say that there are no reputable breeders period.I disagree! There are not many but they do exist.
Karen Hansen seems to be doing all the right things. She does genetic testing, the pups and parents are well take care of, and vaccinated, and she does not overbreed. She also helps to re-home a dog if, for some unforeseen reason, one of her pups needs to find a new home. She is approachable gives advice when needed and makes sure pups go to a home that is ready for them and has all they need. I have heard of her canceling a purchase when she was under the impression it may not be a good home.I will definitely get one of her pups when I am ready but I will always give a shelter dog a home along with it.

Our experience has been nothing but positive, supportive and loving. Harper has been such a joy and brought so much happiness to our lives. My little Shelby is 3 yrs old and she is our little blessing. We have had lots of dogs over the years and my husband always said “it’s your dog”. But he is crazy about this little angel she is sweet, funny, and very smart. All in line with the breed traits but more importantly in our RMBT family.
